When Brian Burke was hired as GM of the Toronto Maple Leafs, he vowed to add toughness to their lineup. This summer he did just that when he brought in defenseman Mike Komisarek.
Coming off an injury-plagued season in Montreal, the 27-year-old American is looking for a bounce back year in Toronto.
Senior writer Ken Campbell sits down with Komisarek in the second installment of THN.com’s in-depth look at the Leafs defender.
Komisarek talks about his feud with Milan Lucic, making the U.S. Olympic team, playing with Tomas Kaberle and more.
