Making it to the NHL is a dream most minor league hockey players will never achieve. But thanks to the first annual NHLPA Allstate All-Canadians Mentorship Camp, 42 of Canada’s elite bantam-aged players now have a better understanding of what it will take to make their dream come true.

At the five-day camp the teens benefited from the expertise of current professionals, including Ottawa Senators sniper Jason Spezza and Calder Trophy winner Jeff Skinner, as well as former players such as fitness guru Gary Roberts. The curriculum left no stone unturned, focusing on fitness, nutrition and mental development as well as, teamwork and leadership.
