2008/11/25: Minnesota Wild winger Marian Gaborik has taken a step back in his rehabilitation, according to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune. The speedster is suffering from a lower body injury and has stopped skating for the time being due to soreness.
Jeff Schultz, D, Washington Capitals
2008/11/25: Washington Capitals defenseman Jeff Schultz reportedly suffered a broken finger in Monday's road loss at Minnesota. Schultz is likely out indefinitely. Defenseman John Erskine (undisclosed) and center Boyd Gordon (back spasms) were also injured against the Wild and are considered day to day.

2008/11/25: Vancouver Canucks winger Steve Bernier reportedly suffered a shoulder injury during Monday night's overtime home win over the Detroit Red Wings. As a result, the Canucks have recalled forward Alexandre Bolduc from the AHL's Manitoba Moose, according to various reports.

2008/11/25: The Philadelphia Flyers have reportedly assigned center Darroll Powe back to the AHL's Philadelphia Phantoms. Powe is coming back from a concussion that forced him to miss the Flyers' last 11 games.

2008/11/25: Russian forward Sergei Zinovjev has apparently received interest from the Montreal Canadiens, according to reports out of Russia. INTEL: The 28-year-old has been with AK Bars Kazan for parts of the last seven seasons, but spent a part of 2003-04 with the Boston and Providence Bruins (AHL). Zinovjev is a highly skilled offensive player with a questionable attitude and work ethic. With reports that he's at odds with the coaching staff in Kazan, this may simply be a bargaining chip for Zinovjev.
