No penalty was assessed on the play Thursday night. Lebda was not injured or cut and he completed the game.

Drake was suspended for two games in October 2005 so was considered a repeat offender under terms of the collective bargaining agreement, an NHL news release stated Friday.

Drake, 37, from Trail, B.C., forfeits $26,829.26, which goes to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund. Drake will miss games at home Saturday against Columbus and Tuesday against Chicago.
