Ever wonder what it looks like when women’s hockey superstar Hilary Knight is tearing around the ice? Get a first-person look as Knight dekes, skates and fires some laser wrist shots with a camera attached to her helmet.

Hilary Knight of the NWHL’s Boston Pride is one of the most iconic players in women’s hockey today, and it’s not hard to see why when you watch her train, stickhandle and shoot from a first-person perspective.

In a new video from GoPro, Knight talks about her training methods, about becoming bigger, faster and stronger at the request of USA Hockey and then hits the ice to show off why she’s one of the most unstoppable players in the women’s game today.

Make sure to listen to the sound off the pipe when she snipes that first shot:

If that video doesn’t make you want to tune in to the next Boston Pride game, we’re not sure what will.

Knight has long been one of the most dominant players in women’s hockey and it’s not hard to see why after watching the video. Her skill level is incredibly high and it’s no wonder she was able to post consecutive 80-point campaigns while at the NCAA’s University of Wisconsin. A two-time Olympic silver medalist with Team USA, Knight has captured championships in the NCAA, CWHL and has five World Championship golds.

Through two games this season, Knight and teammate Brianna Decker are tied for first atop the NWHL scoring list with two goals and four points apiece.
