LAS VEGAS, Nev. - Martin St. Louis has finally won the Lady Byng Trophy as the NHL's most gentlemanly player.

A runner-up for the award on four previous occasions, the Tampa Bay Lightning forward beat out Detroit's Pavel Datsyuk and Brad Richards of the Dallas Stars in voting conducted by the Professional Hockey Writers' Association.
