KINGSTON, Ont. - Fraud charges against former NHL player agent David Frost have been put over another month.

Frost was charged with fraud, criminal personation and violating bail conditions for allegedly using the credit card of former St. Louis Blues forward Mike Danton to buy $90 of gas. The charges were put over on Tuesday until Jan. 22 in Kingston, Ont.

Danton, who was once represented by Frost, is serving time in a U.S. prison for attempting to have his former agent killed.

Frost also faces six counts of sexual exploitation in alleged incidents involving three boys and one girl between 1995 and 2001.

That trial is expected to start in May 2008.
