Ottawa (19-25-8) at Philadelphia (28-15-9), 7:00 p.m. EST

PHILADELPHIA (Ticker) -- Rookie goaltender Brian Elliott and the
Ottawa Senators look to extend their two-game winning streak
when they visit the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday.

Ottawa started a five-game, seven-day road trip with a 3-1 win
over Buffalo on Wednesday, when Elliott made a career-high 31
saves to win back-to-back starts for the first time since his
first two NHL appearances on January 13-14.

Captain Daniel Alfredsson scored a power-play goal and set up
another, Jason Spezza netted a man-advantage goal and Shean
Donovan tallied in his return to the lineup for the Senators,
who recorded a 3-2 shootout win over the Sabres at home on
Saturday.

Meanwhile, Ottawa also improved to 2-1-1 under new coach Cory
Clouston, who took over for the fired Craig Hartsburg on
February 1.

The 23-year-old Elliott is 6-3-2 with a 2.34 goals-against
average in 12 starts this season.

Philadelphia has also won two in a row, including a 3-2 victory
over the Atlanta Thrashers on Sunday.

The Flyers snapped a two-game skid with a 4-3 overtime triumph
over the Boston Bruins on Saturday. They had not won two
straight since notching a five-game run from December 6-16.
