Has this year's refereeing been worse?; second teams in Montreal and Vancouver?; and more.
The second round of the playoffs isn’t nearly as emotional as the first round, but it’s still very early and should pick up soon.

Which goalie should Vancouver keep?; what's up with the Coyotes?; and more.
Questions. Answers. We have both in today’s mailbag. Thanks as always to everyone who submitted something. Hi Adam, (assuming) Cory Schneider has more trade value and is more attractive to other clubs, what are the odds of Vancouver trading him and keeping Roberto Luongo? Or is the relationship with the team and fans completely over? Eric Barriault, St-Constant, Que.

The Blackhawks or the Penguins?; which team is this year's L.A.?; and why Suter should be the Norris favorite.
THN’s mailbag doesn’t care that the NHL playoffs are now in high gear. It carries on regardless of weather, time of year, topics or methods of delivery – which include online, in our magazine and on Sirius/XM NHL Network Radio.

It’s mailbag time once again. As always, your questions are most appreciated. Let’s get right to it. Adam, I don't know if I am missing something, but I do not understand how Calgary could think they got a good return on the Jarome Iginla and Jay Bouwmeester trades.

How did Montreal turn it around so quickly? Should the Oilers trade their No. 1 pick? Has the NHL done enough for fans? And more.
Yes, it’s March already – and that means we’re a little more than a month away from the NHL trade deadline. That usually means more swap-related mailbag questions, but before you whip up a Joe Corvo-for-Patrice Bergeron-type exchange, remember my general rule for trade speculation: if it doesn’t sound tantalizing to both sides, it isn’t happening no matter how much you wish it would.

Should the Calder be available to any first-year NHLer?; which is the best NHL team right now?; and more.
