I am new to Hockey Station but I wanted to know if anyone is interested in playing, or is currently playing, PowerPlay Manager?
It is a FREE online game that allows you to manage your own team from top to bottom. You get a group of youngsters as your team initially. As your play you develop your facilities, arena and team while trying to gain promotion from the lower leagues to the top divisions. You can buy & sell players on the market and do just about everything that you can with a real team. You are competing against live managers from all over the world. There are currently almost 27,000 teams registered and playing.
The game is just about to complete its second season right now but if you sign up now it will be in time for the playoff push and for playoffs themselves. If you are interested, give it a try. As I said, it is completely free. There are pay features, but they do not impact the performance of your team, just aesthetic features like custom jerseys and logos. There are lots of people to help if you have questions, but there is a guide that will give you the basics of the game.
