Coming back from an injury is never an easy thing.
When you are sitting around not doing much of anything for a few days while recovering and you try and get back on the ice, it feels like you have taken almost a month off.

Growing up in British Columbia, I remember always watching Hockey Night in Canada on Saturdays with my friends and family.
We would plan our nights around watching the games – whatever we did, we’d always try and make sure we’d be in front of the television when HNIC started.

It has been an exciting few months for me; I had a great summer that included the Super Series win with Team Canada and then came to training camp with the Boston Bruins just hoping to do my best.
