Stars captain Jamie Benn's Herculean effort against three Columbus defenders before scoring his first goal of the year must be seen to be believed. We've got video of it to help you do both.

Dallas captain Jamie Benn is leading an improved Stars team, but as he showed Tuesday against Columbus, Benn can be a one-man wrecking crew with the puck as well.

The 25-year-old Benn had a three-assist night against the host Blue Jackets, but it was his blue-collar, hard-fought goal that saw him weave his way through three opponents before scoring on Sergei Bobrovsky that had people gasping in awe:

Benn’s teammate Tyler Seguin scored his first three goals of the season Tuesday as the Stars beat the Jackets 4-2, but Benn clearly had the prettiest goal of the night. And considering he scored a career-best 34 times last year, there’s no question we’ll see more works of art this season.
