B.C. premier challenges Texan governor to meat wager on NHL series

The Vancouver Canucks begin their playoff series against the Dallas Stars tonight and Campbell says he's confident the Canucks will win.

Campbell has put nine kilograms of meat on the table.

He says the bet is a little lopsided because B.C. beef is better than the meat in Texas, but he says he's willing to give the state that handicap.

The Canucks finished first in the Northwest Division and beat the Stars in two of the four games they have faced each other this season.
