ARLINGTON, Va. - The Washington Capitals will keep the AHL's Hershey Bears as their top minor league affiliate for 2014-15, the teams' 10th consecutive season together.

Hershey has qualified for the AHL playoffs in eight of the last nine seasons, winning three Calder Cups in that span.

A total of 17 players appeared in games for both Washington and Hershey last season.
