Bruins bring up forward Fraser from AHL's Providence, send down Florek

MONTREAL - The Boston Bruins called up forward Matt Fraser from Providence and returned Justin Florek to the AHL club on Thursday.

The six-foot-two, 204-pound Fraser spent most of the season in Providence but scored two goals for the Bruins in a 14-game call up in mid-season.

The 23-year-old from Red Deer, Alta., is available to play in Game 4 of the Bruins second-round series with the Montreal Canadiens on Thursday night.

Florek, a forward, played the entire five-game first round against Detroit and the series opener against Montreal, but sat out the last two games in favour of Jordan Caron.
