ANAHEIM, Calif. - The Anaheim Ducks have recalled defenceman Sami Vatanen from their AHL affiliate in Norfolk.

The NHL-leading Ducks also put defenceman Mark Fistric on injured reserve Monday.

Vatanen has 14 points in 39 games for Anaheim this season, and his six goals are tied for the team lead among defencemen. The Finnish Olympic team selection was sent back to Norfolk on Jan. 21 when Luca Sbisa returned to Anaheim's lineup.

Fistric incurred a lower-body injury in Saturday's loss to Dallas. He has five points in 29 games this season.
