Many pundits have Jonathan Drouin penciled in on Tampa Bay’s top line, playing alongside Steven Stamkos and Martin St-Louis this season. But Drouin isn’t taking anything for granted.
The third overall selection at this year’s draft knows he will have to earn his ice if he hopes to share time with those two superstars.
THN’s Ryan Kennedy caught up with Drouin at the NHLPA Rookie Showcase in Toronto to discuss acclimating to the Tampa Bay Lightning organization, the prospect of playing with the dynamic duo and more.
