Part of an emerging wave of Danish prospects, Nicklas Jensen is also one of the more promising players in the Vancouver Canucks system. After two seasons in the Ontario League with Oshawa, the big winger headed over to Sweden to play against men during the lockout before making his NHL debut in 2013. Now he’s shooting for a permanent NHL spot.

THN's Ryan Kennedy caught up with Jensen at the NHLPA Rookie Showcase to discuss his decision to play in Sweden during the lockout, adjusting to pro life and more.
