It’s been a busy summer for Cal Clutterbuck. He started it as an RFA and in late June he was traded by the Minnesota Wild to the New York Islanders for Nino Niederreiter.
Less than 10 days later, Clutterbuck signed a four-year contract extension with the Islanders. He has spent the rest of the summer relocating and settling into the New York area. But he took time out of his busy schedule this week to help friend and former teammate Josh Harding raise money for the goalie’s charity, Harding’s Hope, at the 21st annual NHLPA Golf Classic.
THN’s Adam Proteau was there and spoke to Clutterbuck about all the changes this summer, and more.
