After playing seven-plus seasons in Northern California, Douglas Murray was traded by the San Jose Sharks to the Pittsburgh Penguins for a pair of second round picks.
 
Murray has not been flashy since his arrival in the Steel City, but teammates and fans have already come to appreciate his bruising style of play.
 
THN’s Ryan Kennedy sat down with the 33-year-old Swedish defenseman to discuss the transition to his new team, why the acquisition Jarome Iginla eased his assimilation and more.
