TORONTO - Toronto Maple Leafs goalie James Reimer left Monday's game against the Philadelphia Flyers with an undisclosed injury to his left leg.

Reimer was hurt during a scramble four minutes into the second period with Toronto up 3-1.

The 24-year-old stayed down for a few minutes before being helped to the locker-room clearly favouring his left leg.

Reimer did not return to the game with what the team called a lower-body injury.

Reimer, who is 5-3-0 this season, was replaced in the Toronto goal by Ben Scrivens.
