John Tavares had a career year in 2011-12 and is expected to build on that progress this year. But if you talk to the 22 year-old center, it’s clear he is far more concerned with team success.

THN’s Ken Campbell caught up with the budding superstar following New York’s 4-3 win over the Tampa Bay Lighting on Monday to discuss the Islanders taking the next step, the chemistry on his line and much more.

Will the Blackhawks come back from a 2-1 series deficit to win the Stanley Cup?
