In July, the Buffalo Sabres traded Derek Roy to the Dallas Stars for Adam Pardy and Steve Ott. As with all the players involved in the deal, Ott’s debut in a Sabres jersey has been delayed indefinitely by the lockout, but it’s likely the gritty forward will be an instant fan favorite whenever he does put on the jersey.

THN’s Ken Campbell caught up with Ott in Toronto to discuss his delayed debut with Buffalo, the best part of moving to the Eastern Conference and more.
