Michael Del Zotto had seven points in nine games with Rapperswil-Jona of the Swiss league before he suffered a back injury that forced him to return to Canada for treatment.
Del Zotto is coming off a career year with the Rangers and is an integral part of the team’s young and uber-talented defensive core.
THN’s Ken Campbell caught up with Del Zotto in Toronto to discuss returning to North America to rehab his ailing back, his contract status in the face of the lockout and more.
