A year after finishing one win shy of the Stanley Cup final, the Tampa Bay Lightning were cursed with bad goaltending, finishing with eight fewer wins and outside of the playoffs. But GM Steve Yzerman spent the summer upgrading his problem areas on defense and in net – so are the Lightning contenders again?
