Minnesota Wild center Zenon Konopka is a major supporter of concussion research and is willing to give both his time and money to the cause. Early this year, Konopka introduced a line of red and white wines, ZK28, and agreed to donate a dollar from each bottle sold to www.stopconcussions.com, a concussion/neurotrauma educational and awareness website.

And just last week, Konopka once again showed his support when he played in the stopconcussions.com charity golf tournament. THN’s Matt Larkin caught up with the hard-nosed forward as he prepared to tee off for a good cause.
