Forward Cody McLeod signs three-year contract with Colorado Avalanche

DENVER - The Colorado Avalanche has signed Cody McLeod through 2014-15.

The 27-year-old forward had 11 points in 75 games for the Avalanche last season, when he compiled a team-high 164 penalty minutes.

McLeod signed with Colorado in 2006 as an undrafted free agent. He has 66 career points and 773 penalty minutes in 348 career games.
