Carolina rookie Justin Faulk was wrapping up his collegiate career helping the University of Minnesota-Duluth capture its first Frozen Four title at this time last year. Today, the South St. Paul, Minn., native is an integral part of the Hurricanes' promising future.

Faulk has earned the trust of the Canes coaching staff in his inaugural season and has thrived in leading Carolina in average ice time. THN’s Ryan Kennedy caught with the Bulldog alum to discuss his first year in the NHL and more.
