Paul Kelly resigns as executive director of College Hockey Inc.

Former NHL Players' Association executive director Paul Kelly has resigned as executive director of College Hockey Inc.

"The HCA would like to thank Paul for his service to CHI and wish him the best in his future endeavors," Steve Hagwell, president of Hockey Commissioners Association - the group that created College Hockey America to help promote college hockey in the U.S - said in a statement.
