Prior to a solid performance at the 2012 World Junior Championship, many hockey fans didn’t know the name Jacob Trouba. But there is no doubt scouts have been watching him closely most of the year. The 17-year-old is in his second year with U.S. National Development Team and is projected to be a top five pick in the 2012 draft.
Ryan Kennedy caught up with the physical defenseman following Team USA’s final game of the 2012 WJC to discuss being part of the event, his commitment to play at the University of Michigan and much more.
