Snow delayed start of Panthers-Blackhawks game by about 30 minutes

CHICAGO - The Chicago Blackhawks' game against the Florida Panthers on Friday night at the United Center started a little over a half-hour late because of snow.

The 20,500-seat arena was about 80 per cent full when the puck was dropped at 8:08 p.m.

The Panthers' bus from their downtown hotel arrived at the arena at about 6:45 p.m.
