Ottawa Senators recall forward Daugavins from Binghamton of AHL, reassign Lehner

OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators recalled forward Kaspars Daugavins from the club's American Hockey League affiliate on Friday.

Goaltender Robin Lehner was also reassigned to the Binghamton Senators.

Daugavins scored his first NHL goal in Ottawa's 3-2 win over Toronto last Sunday, six days after he was recalled. He has one point and four penalty minutes in four games with the Senators, and has recorded four goals and two assists in seven games with Binghamton.

Lehner has posted a record of 4-2-0 through six games with Binghamton. He was recalled to Ottawa on Oct. 29 and made his lone appearance a night later in the win over the Maple Leafs.
