Making the NHL means you are truly one of the elite hockey players in the world, but to remain at that level there is no time to rest on your laurels.
So, in an effort to continue their progression, several players including Steven Stamkos, James Neal, Tyler Seguin and Mike Cammalleri descended on the BioSteel training camp in Toronto this week.
THN.com's Ryan Kennedy takes a closer look at the benefits of the summer camp.
