As part of our in-depth look at Roberto Luongo in the April 18 edition of The Hockey News magazine, Ken Campbell traveled to Detroit to sit down with the Canucks star and THN.TV was there.
In part one of the two part interview, Luongo talks candidly about his close friend and goaltending coach Ian Clark being replaced by Roland Melanson in the off-season, how he’s built a relationship with his new coach and also about relinquishing the captaincy.
