The Anaheim Ducks seem to be past the inconsistency that plagued them to start the season and it is due in no small part to the steady play of Swiss netminder Jonas Hiller.
The 28-year-old has an impressive .926 save percentage and has recorded four shutouts, while facing a league-leading 1,425 shots. His 1,319 saves are also tops in the NHL and the fourth-year Duck is tied with Montreal’s Carey Price for first overall in wins with 24. But, despite his impressive numbers, Hiller is still flying under the radar.
