The Saint John Sea Dogs invited to the CHL/NHL Top Prospects event in Toronto last week put on an impressive demonstration of their immense talents.
Tomas Jurco achieved the highest score in the show-down breakaway contest for his unbelievable lacrosse-style goal, while, in the main event, the Sea Dogs contingent led Team Orr to a 7-1 victory over Team Cherry. Zack Phillips had a goal and two assists and Jonathan Huberdeau scored once and assisted on teammate Nathan Beaulieu’s goal.
Following their extraordinary display Ryan Kennedy caught up with two of Sea Dogs, Huberdeau and Beaulieu, to talk about their experience and more.
