While Steven Stamkos has had an incredible season, Sidney Crosby is by far the greatest player in the league.
Stamkos nets half his points on the power play while Sid only takes a third of his on the man advantage.
If you put Martin St-Louis on Sid's wing, there wouldn't even be a debate.
Sid has caught and surpassed Stamkos in the points race. I didn't buy that Alex Ovechkin was better and I'm not buying that ‘Stammer’ is now.
Stamkos the best player in the world? I don't think so.
