NHL needs more neutral-site games

The NHL should give the rest of North America, in particular Canada, more opportunities to see regular season NHL games.

Years ago, the NHL played 'neutral site' games, including in Halifax, which were well attended. Come on, NHL, share some of the excitement with us.
