VIDEO: THN Puck Panel - Why aren’t Toronto and Montreal scoring?

Zoom Image

Last season the Montreal Canadiens and Toronto Maple Leafs finished tied for 25th in league scoring, averaging 2.56 goals per game. The two teams’ inability to find the back of the net is rearing its ugly head again this year, as both teams are below last year’s average.

In this edition of the THN Puck Panel, host Ryan Dixon is joined by writers John Grigg and Ryan Kennedy to discuss the lack of scoring in hockey’s holy cities.

Who will win Game 3 of the Rangers-Bruins series?

"We're playing the defending champs and you can tell they're not going to beat themselves. That team, just from them going all the way, you can see it over there. There's no panic…You can tell that's a machine over there and we've got to be at our best."

- San Jose's Scott Gomez on the Los Angeles Kings. Los Angeles leads the series 2-1.
