Women deserve place in Hall, but not at expense of others

I completely agree that woman deserve a place in the Hall of Fame, but disagree that they take the spots of worthy candidates who also deserve to be there.
The best thing to do would be keep the players and builders category and make another category for non-NHLers, like Women, Brian Kilrea, Father Costello, etc.
The game is changing, why cant the HHoF change with it?
