True champions deserve recognition

I just received my copy of your new book We Are The Champions – The Greatest Teams of All-Time. I only wish that the Houston Aeros of the mid-70s and the Winnipeg Jets of the late-70s were included.
The WHA, after all, was a major league. These teams deserve a mention as much as the minor league and major junior teams that were included do.
