Suspension shame

Thomas Vidal-Lessard, Cookshire-Eaton, Que.

It's a shame Shane Doan got suspended three games for a questionable hit on Dan Sexton and Niklas Hjalmarsson only two games for practically sending Jason Pominville through the boards and up in the 10th row.

It's also a shame repeated offender Sean Avery was not suspended for his two-handed slashes on Mike Komisarek.
