With the news that Donald Fehr is poised to be the executive director of the Players Association, all I can think of as another work stoppage.
Fehr was successful at driving a wedge between players and owners that ultimately led to numerous work stoppages and canceling of the World Series.
I hope the players and owners have learned from the last yearlong work stoppage.
The league cannot afford to lose anymore fans.
