Unexpectedly, we found a jersey gem from Utah: the Salt Lake Golden Eagles of the old Western League.

While the eagle mascot itself is impressive, the best aspect of this jersey by far is the creative striping on the shoulders. The blue and gold is sharp, but the real innovation comes from the stripes that extend all the way down that arms and ribs, through the pants and socks, all the way to the skates.

Plus, the number on the arm has kind of a NASCAR feel to it.
