It's becoming hard to follow my beloved Flames this off-season, especially after they announced Jay Feaster as assistant GM.
Now don't get me wrong, the move itself is spot on from an organization that's had more then one head-scratcher this off-season, but it's when he joined the team that really gets to me.
He comes to us after the draft, an area where it continues to appear that we desperately need a second opinion, and after we had spent all our cap space on four players.
Even if Feaster wanted to have an input on this team, his hands are tied before he can start.
It's decisions like this that should ultimately cost GM Darryl Sutter his job.
