I enjoy watching the NHL Awards, but Las Vegas is the wrong place to have them.
Hockey doesn't belong in Las Vegas. I hardly recognized most of the people who presented the awards. I didn't even know who the host was.
And to see Duncan Keith cut off for some band to play and Henrik Sedin cut short because they ran out of time was just sad.
Those were the two biggest awards of the night!
Gary Bettman, smarten up and bring the awards back to Canada and let Ron MacLean host them or someone who knows hockey.
It's our game, not theirs.
