The Allen Americans finished the 2009-10 season with a 42-17-5 record.

One of the newest members of the Central League, along with the Missouri Mavericks, the Americans from Allen ( a suburb of Dallas) come out of the gate with a real sharp sweater.

The colors are simple, but bold and the jagged ‘A’ also brings to mind the five-point star often associated with the state of Texas. Makes sense, too: The Americans are affiliated with the NHL’s Dallas Stars and the AHL’s Texas Stars.

Striping is kept to an effective minimum, making this jersey an instant classic.
