For an NHL prospect, being drafted is the ultimate goal. But before this year’s crop of young men made the trek to the draft in Los Angeles, they were forced to take part in the 2010 Scouting Combine in Toronto.
The combine begins with gruelling personal interviews, but when the talking is done the athletes are put through a battery of vomit-inducing tests that make training for a marathon look easy.
Ryan Kennedy caught up with a few of this year’s top prospects as they reflected on their combine experience.
