Miller named MVP; Rafalski, Toews named to Olympic all-star team and given Directorate Awards

U.S. goalie Ryan Miller and defenseman Brian Rafalski and Team Canada center Jonathan Toews have all been recognized for their play during the Olympic tournament with spots on the all-star team and the Directorate Awards. In addition, Miller was given MVP recognition.

Rounding out the all-star team is Canada’s Shea Weber on the blueline and the U.S.’s Zach Parise and Slovakia’s Pavol Demitra up front.
