DETROIT - The Detroit Red Wings have traded forward Ville Leino to Philadelphia for defenceman Ole-Kristian Tollefsen and the Flyers' fifth round pick in the 2011 draft.

Red Wings general manager Ken Holland announced the trade Saturday, before the team's road game against the Los Angeles Kings.

Leino played 13 games for the Wings in the 2008-09 season, posting five goals and nine points. This season, he's played 42 games but has struggled offensively, with just four goals and three assists.

Tollefsen played for Columbus from 2005-09 before joining Philadelphia this season.
